We will visit the birthplace of paella, the Albufera, a freshwater lake connected to the sea considered one of the major wetlands in Europe.
Our knowledgeable guide of the area will accompany you in navigating the Albufera, he will tell you about the vegetation, the keys to artisanal fisheries and the wide variety of birds.
After leaving your boat, we’ll visit a valencian barraca, typical building in rural areas. There they will teach you how to cook authentic paella which we’ll have for lunch afterwards accompanied by a local wine.
