HOW “DROPS OF LUXURY” WORKS
1 – Enter our shop and add the experiences you wish to the cart. If you sign up, you will also be able to save your favourite experiences and keep track of your orders.
2 – When you have made your selection, go to the cart and choose either to receive a digital voucher only or our deluxe printed version delivered to your home within 5 working days for shipping within Spain.
3 – Check that the details are correct and click “Place order”. Once the process has been completed, you will receive your order number and be able to download your digital voucher. You will also receive an email with details and instructions to make your bookings.

3 – We have experiences for all: spa treatments, romantic getaways, gourmet experiences, styling session or personal shopper, hot-air balloon rides, visits to wineries… If you are clear about the experience you want to buy, go ahead, the addressee will always be able to exchange it for another one if they want to. If you prefer not to risk it, we also have gift cards from 100€ so the recipient is free to choose the experience that they like the most.
4 – They are gift vouchers with an open date so that the recipients can choose the dates that best suit them to enjoy their experience (always according to the availability of the service provider).
5 – Our “Drops” are a perfect option for last minute gifts since you will get your voucher in digital format at the end of the purchase process. If you have some more time and, like us, you like the little details, we also have our deluxe voucher that you can receive at the address you indicate in just a few days.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
– “Drops of Luxury” vouchers will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
– “Drops of Luxury” are NON refundable vouchers. One change of the experience will be allowed before confirming the booking. Refunds are not possible in any case even if the value of the new experience is less than the first one.
– To confirm the experiences, the addressee will need to follow instructions given in the confirmation email.
– Once the booking is confirmed, changes will only be allowed under extreme circumstances.
