    You'll need your Costco reservation number beginning with A or C and followed by 8 digits. Please, note that we only manage the transfers and tours and that your transfer information will only be available two weeks prior to your arrival. If you can not find your booking here, we kindly ask you to contact Costco directly.

    For further assistance with your TRANSFER, please the below indications carefully:

    ARRIVING IN SPAIN

    • Meeting points: 
      • Airports: after clearing customs & collecting your luggage, find your driver at the waiting area in the arrival hall. DO NOT GO outside the airport.

    Drivers will always hold a sign with the Costco logo on it. 

    • Waiting times: the driver will wait for up to 1,5 hours after your landing time

    DEPARTING FROM SPAIN

    The driver will wait for you outside your hotel according to the following:

    • Pickups to airport: exactly 3H before the flight departure time.

    Please, let the reception of your hotel know that you are waiting for your driver. There are only 15 minutes of courtesy waiting time in the departure transfers

    Please, note that we do not provide the driver's phone number.

    VEHICLE ALLOWANCE

    • Mercedes E Class or similar: 3 passengers (maximum 2 passengers recommended) + 2 bags 80x40x50 cms and 2 bags  55 x 40 x 20 cms. 
    • Mercedes V Class: up to 7 passengers + 4 bags 80x40x50 cms and 4 bags  55 x 40 x 20 cms

    Please, note that it is against the law to carry any luggage in the front of the car, and the driver can not transport anyone not registered on the reservation.

    DELAYS & EMERGENCIES

    Our drivers monitor the ARRIVAL flights and will reorganize the service accordingly so, in case your flight is delayed (it means you still have the SAME flight number) you do not need to notify us.

    For any other last minute changes, missed flights/trains or lost luggage while travelling, please, contact the provided emergency USA phone number +1 (425) 099-1057. In case you are unable to reach the above phone number, you can also call the local emergency line +34 93 122 4513.

    Please, remember that these phone numbers are for emergencies while travelling only and that they only have the in travel booking details.  For other issues, we kindly ask you to wait for us to reply to your email.

    Non emergencies

    Our working hours are from Monday to Friday from 10AM to 5PM (Spanish time). We will answer your email as soon as possible. Please, note that our office is closed during the weekends and on local bank holidays.
